These Terms govern your access to and use of Wivrex. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Wivrex generates short-form videos from prompts you provide. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the videos you generate, including compliance with the terms of any platform you post to. Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and AI Usage Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Wivrex.
3. Credits, plans & auto-renewal
Paid plans grant credits (1 credit ≈ 1 second of standard generative video; renderer and text formats cost a flat, lower rate). Credits are consumed when a clip finishes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. One-time credit packs are charged once. Prices are shown before purchase and may change on renewal with notice.
4. Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Wivrex does not store your card details. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Ownership & license
Subject to these Terms and your plan being in good standing, you own the clips you generate and may use them commercially. You retain rights to the prompts and inputs you submit, and grant us a limited, worldwide license to process your inputs and store and process your outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
6. Acceptable use & moderation
You may not use Wivrex to impersonate real people, facilitate fraud or deception, harass, infringe others' rights, or produce content that is illegal where you operate. We run automated moderation and may block or remove content, or suspend accounts, that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation depends on third-party AI providers; occasional failures may occur, in which case affected credits are not consumed.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wivrex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service, and you consent to venue in those courts. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
